Pudge controls the Weather

I'm going to be honest right now. I suck so bad at drawing humans. But when it comes to Pokemon, I'm almost decent.

Anyways, so I logged into Youtube yesterday, and in the Liked by Friends section, I noticed a video liked by and saw it was Lilo and Stitch. I figured, "Oh what the heck," and clicked on it. And it was just so cute.

And because Pudge controls the weather, I thought, "Pudge must equal Kyogre."

So I got to work on this.

I almost quit because I couldn't draw Lilo at all (that's who the little girl is supposed to be) but I figured I would just make her simple. With Kyogre, however, I had to make him perfect. I had to look at some pictures as well to get the markings done right.
